Thank You Clay County!
Just wanted to say "Thank You" before I head off to a well deserved rest. This has been an interesting season, and I have met a great many wonderful people. To all of you who helped in Chris's campaign in any way, a great big THANK YOU to you! From the bottom of my heart! We certainly couldn't have done it without all of you! Need some Sago palm advice
Hi all- Hope everyone is enjoying a nice Spring Break! I'm spending mine in the yard/garden that has been woefully neglected since I began working at school. I have encountered a situation and am in need of some helpful advice. We have some beautiful Sago palms that we bought when they were much (MUCH) smaller and now need to be moved to better locations due to their size. I would estimate they are at least 10 years old and the stalks are probably about 2-3 feet tall not counting the fronds. Do any of our garden bloggers have any experience moving Sagos without killing them? I have tried digging around to see where the roots are but they have spread out quite far, and I'm unsure how much, if any, root could be damaged before it starts to affect the palm. Anyone who has purchased a Sago of good size knows they are quite pricey, and I certainly don't want to flush money down the drain by killing these two. Related: read more | 29 comments
I'm Sorry, Lily
I meant to write this earlier, but ran out of time. Upon re-reading my reply to your comments in another thread (Ahhh), I appeared to myself as snotty. That was not my intention, and I am sorry if it seemed so to you or anyone else. I aspire to be as well-read and articulate as you obviously are. I'll be boning up on my church history- I have a copy of the Baker Atlas of Christian History and Foxe's Martyrs to begin my journey. Thanks for challenging me! KChambless Related: 1 comment
