Change?A lot has been said in the presidential campaigns @ change. If, & it's still a big if, either Obama or Clinton gets elected, I wonder how their rhetoric on change will apply to this. Yesterday, Congress passed a bill that gives even more power to the President. With the help of remaining rubber stamp, goose stepping Republicans & do nothing with fingers up their noses Democrats, they allowed more latitude for warrantless wiretapping. To add insult to injury, they gave immunity from prosectution to any communication entity that helps. Think @ that the next time you make a phone call. Somewhere along the line, you should also keep in mind the terms, "Slippery slope," & "power corrupts." JATFUR. Let me get this straight. It's OK for government to tap, as long as it's not in the airport men's room?
