MILLENNIUM PIZZERIA   2219 CR 220 Unit 305    Silos Shoppes @ Heritage Farm 264-4550

We had dinner here  on Tuesday eve. I had the Buffalo Chicken Salad, Kevin had soup and a  meat calzone and Jim had a meat lovers Pizza. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and delicious. The place was sparkling clean.  The menu has a very wide selection and the prices are comparable to other diners. We were very pleased that we chose Millennium Pizzeria to have dinner at.      We have found a new favorite place.

Jimmaxie,

Thanks for the heads up.  I'm always looking for good place for pizza, especially non chain.

My MapQuest doesn't show that address. Can you be more specific for one local knowledge challenged person? What else is near there?

Is that the one on 220 between Whitey's and the RR tracks?

strip mall where the 4 silos used to be. Between Whitey's and the RR crossing. That is probally why it can't be found yet on yellow pages or google. There is a light and a Hess store right near there. Hope this helps...

Thanks! I just did some more checking on my MapQuest. The reason I couldn't find it the first time is I did not know that it was in Middleburg. Foolish new guy thought that was still OP.

We're going to head down there tomorrow afternoon to get a menu. We'll give it try soon.

Last week Honey B's opened on Fleming Island near Westover Road. Owned and operated by family members of Sister's Tea Room, which closed a couple of years ago, it offers several of the same menu items and desserts we came to know and love, plus an expanded menu with items sure to please. Redecorated, but located where Gene's Seafood was located, even guys should like this place.

Their business is thriving, simply because of the family's reputation. Going in and being greeted warmly by Sister Gwen was like coming home.  I almost wept when Sister Gwen brought me her famous chicken salad plate. Food for the gods...Food for the gods....

Pioneer........ Smile Thrilled to learn about Honey B's and thank you for sharing the wonderful news with us.  I was afraid the ole charm and 'food for the gods' was gone forever.  I can't wait to to once again have a taste of the suculant chicken salad.  Please tell me the 'River Boat' is on the menu and the mouth watering Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie??  (Oops, can't stop drooling).  I'm on my way asap.  I have a copy of their book, Favorite Recipes, but hard as I try, mine just don't taste the same.  Can't wait to hug Sister Gwen's neck.  The tradition isn't completely lost and once again we can indulge ourselves in 'food for the gods'.

Stryker

The famous desserts are on the menu, but I'm not sure about "River Boat." I was only paying attention to the chicken salad.

Wink LOL,  and I can well understand Pioneer.....their chicken salad is 'the best'  I just happen to be a cheese lover and the River Boat is just that....cheese, cheese and more cheese.  I'll check it out, but thanks for your response.  What are their hours of operation if you happen to know?
