Mr. Paulk was principal at Wilkinson Jr. High when my kids went to school were there. I've told him personally, and all of Clay County should know, he's a GREAT principal. He took over Wilkinson during a time when it had a rough reputation for student discipline. In just a matter of days he had a head-to-head with students and explained there was a "new sheriff in town". The school began to improve immediately. Thank You Mr. Paulk for being my kind of school administrator, which is the kind that keeps tight control on student behavior that allows the teachers to do their job.
Congratulations on a great career, and thanks for working in Clay County.
PS - Mrs. Paulk is another great school administrator. My family really was happy and proud to have them at Wilkinson Jr. High and Clay Hill Elementary respectively.
