It's Official. Bush Wins....Sort Of.OK kids. It's finally official. We can all breathe easier now. Bush finally won....sort of. According to a Gallup poll, as of 04.23.08, "W" became the unpopular president in recorded US history. With a 69% disapproval rating, he ousted former top leader, Harry Truman, who had a 67% rating in Jan. of 1952 at the height of the Korean War. Mr. Bush celebrated the event with a taped appearance on the game show, "Deal/No Deal," in support of a war veteran. (What a guy) See? Even a lame duck finds time to get another photo op. I have to admit it. It was great timing. I don't know @ any of you, but I'm glad the wait is finally over & the outcome is official. The suspence was killing me. I think it was great of the big guy, the Decider, to find time to reach out to us little people. On TV. On a game show yet. Can you say, "Sock it to ME????" JATFUR. Marsha, Funny you mentioned Darth Vader. He's been very low on the radar lately. Maybe he's out hunting or something. If he is, I'll bet that even his secret service detail is giving him a very wide path, body armor or not. On the surface, your idea @ the recycle bin is a good one. I only see one problem with it & it is only a gut feeling. I think that after next Jan., it will be a very, very, long time before we will be allowed to forget @ W. Not a pretty picture, I'll admit.
