Outer Beltway SD style

When I left SD nearly 3 years ago they were building this expressway (California speak for 6 lane parking lot) and had been for a while.

Here are some excerpts from a news article I just spotted. I've also provided a link to the story. Anything in here sound familiar?

It's 10 miles long

some merchants in the area are disappointed in the toll way's generation of new customers

expectations surrounding the $843 million project 17 years in the making were too high.

The cost to use the toll road increased after the holidays.

Tolls range from 75 cents to $3.75

South Bay Expressway Ltd. Partnership built and will manage the road for at least 35 years

I figured I would add this major blunder from Boston Mass, and the great "Big Dig" project.

Now that my friends could REALLY hurt. Sounds like these people went to the same school as the guy that tried to cash a $360B personal check.
