Walter Brock was truly a great human being. He will be forever missed as a friend and a public servant.
The funeral will be at 4:30 p.m. Monday at Hibernia Baptist Church, 700 U.S. 17, on Fleming Island. After the service, refreshments will be served in the Church Fellowship Hall. Walter Brock was a great asset to the Clay County School system. He helped both the students and the administration push this county to the next level. My mother worked with him for many years when he was the Assistant Superintendant. My prayer and thoughts are with him and his family. God Bless!
