Green Cove Springs No Parking Issues

Green Cove Springs seems to be having some problem with No Parking. one business owner wants the parking only for there customers, But why could that be. there shopping center is open for public. but with the anchor stores. they dont make any issues for customer parking any one who parks there vehicle walks over to Starbucks Coffee or D' Fontana, if any one who parks there vehicle will have there parking lot. will have there car towed away, to me this is all wrong. this one business owner wants all vehicles towed away. people should look deeper about this No Parking Matter

Maybe I'm old fashioned.  If its private property the owner has a right to say how it is  used.  Should some good old boys be able to just park on his spot and kick back a beer or two?  I hope not.

and shall be forever....The "drugstore" has sour grapes toward all this new commerce. ie Walgreen's, Starbucks, the Winn Dixie used to be in that "plaza"
