After reading all the blogs and tags about the suit against the " co-founders"it occured to me we may have another SLAP in clay co. Finding out who is paying Mr. Lyons bill would pretty well verify whether or not it is one. My bet is it is. A tyupical SLAPP is funded by special interest as 90% of rhem are. For bloggers who don't know SLAPP is  " Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation " We have had several individuals in Clay who have had this tactic used against them successfully to shut them up.
