Note to "Engineer"

Please send your telephone number to me at thplatt@msn.com.  I'd like to talk to you - you have some great insights into the tollroad.  I'd appreciate a more in-depth conversation - perhaps over a cup of coffee - to learn more of what you have to share.

The info put out by the lobbyists for the tollroad represents the expected point of view, and I'd like to have a bigger picture since there is the risk of the taxpayers being left with the bills if the tollroad fails.
