I took a drive earlier this evening and many of the culverts that drain into black creek were running at or above capacity.
Saw some kids canoeing in the ditches on Thunder Road.
There is one span of Thunder Road near the 218 end that is under water. The Sheriff's Office had patrol cars stationed there.
The creeks out in the Clay Hill Area are all running very high-Hope we do not get much more rain!
