County Agencies - Time Limits

Mrs Goon has not committed any crimes.

Mrs. Goon's funding and buget is dictated by the BOCC and the County Manager and those funds are spent on excactly what they were allocated for.

If you are going to charge and accuse that crimes are being committed you should take your hard core proof and facts to the SOA and prove your case. Otherwise all you are doing is committing slander, and defaming ones character.

Pinheaded lies and accusations like the torture and animal experiment fiasco will get you nowhere.

I know you wish that CCAC would do something horrific so you can bust them on it. But you can't make it up in your head and spin lies into pinheaded truths just to satisfy your agenda.

Funny how everytime anyone has an opinion you don't agree with or they don't agree with you, you start the name calling. That just shows everyone just how uneducated you are. Well....her and CCAC history speaks for itself. Going back as far as 1992 its been a fact she has been reprimanded and called out for improper record keeping. CCAC has been investigated for selling animals for research in the past..now they are using them for experimental research. And once again, due to her poor record keeping or lack thereof CCAC won't be accountable for their actions. That doesn't mean they did nothing wrong, it just means they covered it up with the lack of records being kept, recorded and submitted in the way all other county agencies have done. One would think if a person was reprimanded several times after problems were discovered with the way documents and records were kept, they would have corrected this, unless thats their way of hiding more wrong doing and mistakes.

So if anyone wanted to check the background of CCAC and its players, they will discover the same problems since 1992. That says alot for professionalism, skills and leadership.

CCAC was investigated over 19 years ago for animals being sold for research this was prior to Mrs. Goon being in that postistion. Mrs. Goon had nothing to do with those events

She was reprimaned for record keeping when her secretary was screwing up the paper work and Mrs. Goon took the heat for it. That was 14 years ago.

CCAC is not NOW experimentinjg on animals, that is your spin that is a lie.

There is no cover up, all their paperwork is public records, You are a liar.

Ms Goon was there at CCAC in 1992..she was hired in 1989/90. The State Attorneys Office did the investigation about the animals being sold for research after a complaint from USHS..but due to her poor record keeping they could prove nor disprove anything. She was again investigated in 1994 by the SAO, complaint by Vet Asso. for violating state statue for allowing animals to be adopted without vaccinations and spay/neuter which is the law. Again in 2007/08 she was audited by her own people who stated that her record keeping was the problem. How many times does a person have to be hit in the head to realise that they just cannot do the job.

These are verifiable facts:

Ms Goon filled out an application for that position in November 1989.

The "mysterious disappearance" of the 651 unaccounted for animals happened in the years 91,92 and 1993. That would have been under Ms. Goon's leadership or lack of leadership.

It was investigated in 1994 and evidently due to the lack of proper record keeping a proper investigation was unable to be conducted. In 1994 she was suspended for faulty record-keeping in this incident.

These same problems continue to happen in 2008 when documents were discovered changed in an investigation and giving away county (taxpayers) property for free. She continues to have faulty record-keeping.

Ms Goon's leadership or lack of leadership is a major embarrassment to Clay County in my opinion. After this many years you would think someone in a leadership position would step up and lead the county for a change.

But the fact is the animals did not disappear. The fact is Mrs. Goon's secretary was screwing up the paperwork and Mrs. Goon took the heat for it and was written up for it.

The animals did not go anywhere they were there all along.

Documents were not discoved changed, documents appeared they MAY have been changed it was not accurate and it was speculation, and was not provable or proven. No wrong doing was done.

I have a good idea...why doesn't Ms Goon and her secretary both resign and save themselves the embarrassment?

Thats so good....try and blame your secretary for the mistakes!!! Isn't the secretary still there too? Sounds just like the theft that occurred at CCSO by Lancaster...didn't he also blame his secretary for her poor records. WOW....maybe thats were Ms Goon came up with that lame excuse for her lask of skills and leadership. Shes such a piece of work...its always someone elses fault according to her. But....she is the person that is responcible because she gets paid the big salary. But again she needs it for all the extras she spends it on. If you cannot take care of your own personal financial situation, how can you take care of a budget the size of CCAC? Oh yeah..is this the same secretary that over medicates at work and cannot get through the day without a nap?

Well if the animals were accounted for then why didn't the State Attorney state those facts. Because the record shows they were unable to do a proper investigation and faulty record-keeping cited as the reason. At no time did I see any records that indicated the animals were located.

In the recent internal affairs report states documents obtained from the county manager were different than the documents obtained from Ms. Goon. They were locked up for security reasons and taken to the State Attorney. He declined to press charges.

She's a major embarrassment to our county in my opinion. She continues to be a major embarrassment to our county.

I wonder how the FACA views the recent experiment on the dog at CCAC.

If you have a case and can prove crimes go for it. But until that day comes Mrs. Goon should be considered innocent just as every red blooded citizen is.

I'm here on this forum just like you are. The only difference is...we are stating just the facts and all you do is call people names and defend the wrong actions and problems at CCAC. And if you still think Ms Goon has not ever commited a crime..just ask her how she and her husband got the house they are living in?

Goon the Manager, Bodenweber the Director, County Manager, and then the Commissioners in that order.

Well we all know that the first three are useless....its been proven that all three of them cannot do their job. As far as the commissioners? We'll have to wait until the ones leave and are replaced to see if the rest can make a responcible decision for this county.

I've always heard stuff flows down hill. I was just curious as to who needed to kick over a bucket of stuff to get it started flowing.
