Shorstein

I just lost all faith in the SAO with a letter that just arrived in the mail.  The letter is from Harry Shorstein to Beseler, and the envelope was personally addressed as if only I received it.  I am sure all registered voters are receiving it.  It is obviously Shorstein's last ditch effort to blast Beseler out of office.  For this letter to have become public information it would have to be done by the SAO.  To send this letter out in mass quantities to registered voters just verifies what we have all be feeling - that the SAO is politically motivated.  Once again Folio hit the nail

I have just finished rereading the front page article regarding the state attorney's office and from this view point I gotta say, why is Harry Shorstein not indicted? He is the dead fish smell coming out of that department which needs to be fumigated. I have always thought him to be another political hack as he only prosecutes cases himself which are both high profile and slam dunks. He has no reputation to save. His conduct is atrocious and now, FINALLY, it comes out that there was collusion to downplay critical evidence in the Chad Heins case.

If any department needs a thorough investigation it is the state attorney. He refused to do anything about Judge Moran. It is just one more good old boy massaging the nether regions of another good old boy type politics. Harry had to have had his doubts about the case because he farmed it out to another  ethically challenged attorney, Stephen Bledsoe. Harry says Bledsoe is "one of the most ethical prosecutors in his office". Compared to what, Harry? I'm sorry but your word is worth less than zero.
